Awesome Ball is a new free app for the iPhone and iPod touch. Awesome Ball utilizes these devices' accelerometer to let the user bounce various balls around a 3-D environment using realistic physics, graphics, and sound. Awesome Ball made its debut on the App Store on March 23rd and has since climbed rapidly in the "Entertainment" category. It has been downloaded over 30,000 times in its first week.
